Newsletter terms of use

This newsletter is an available for everyone and free information service provided by e-mail, hosted by Skyzimir, MEGP Plus d.o.o.

Sign up for the newsletter occurs via e-mail through the so-called double opt-in method. You sign up with your e-mail address for this service. You will then automatically receive an e-mail to the e-mail address with which you signed up. By opening the Link which was sent to you in the e-mail, you re-confirm the registration for this service. Only then the account is activated. By this method it is prevented that someone signs up a strange e-mail address for this service accidentally or unjustified. By sending the registration, newsletter subscription starts.

Skyzimir sends you as e-mail subscriber regularly a newsletter. The cancellation of the subscription is possible by sending an email with subject “Newsletter stop” by the user to info@skyzimir.com.

A right of the subscriber for the newsletter service does not exist. Skyzimir is entitled to suspend or discontinue the distribution of the newsletter at any time without notice. Skyzimir endeavors to avoid technical faults in the distribution of the newsletter as much as possible. Skyzimir is not liable for any damage that errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or otherwise may arise by subscription to the newsletter.

The personal data for your registration will be collected exclusively for sending you the newsletter and will be stored and used for the duration of the existence of newsletter subscriptions. Upon cancellation of your newsletter subscriptions, your personal data will be deleted immediately. The information presented upon registration to Skyzimir is given voluntarily. However, the requested information is required so that we can send you the newsletter. The usage of all newsletter subscribers is evaluated by Skyzimir in an anonymous manner and only for statistical purposes.

Skyzimir may modify these Terms of Use in whole or in part, for this voluntary service at any time. In this case, the amended terms will be made known to the in the subscription process provided e-mail address to the users. By further subscription of the newsletter, approval of the user to the amended Terms of Use shall be deemed granted, unless the user expressly contradicts. Skyzimir will inform the user on this effect in their amendment notification. Such a denial to acceptance of the amended Terms has the consequence that the relevant user is signed out of the newsletter service and does not receive any further newsletters.
